What is ZenTrack?
ZenTrack is a mobile app to run your business: invoicing, expenses, clients, financial calendar, and inventory in one place. Built for freelancers and small businesses in Panama and Latin America who need something professional without the complexity of a full accounting system.
How does the free trial work?
When you sign up, you automatically get 14 days of ZenTrack Pro with no credit card required. After the trial, you can keep using the free tier with limits (5 invoices/mo, 10 clients, 10 expenses/mo), or upgrade to Pro through the App Store.
What's included in ZenTrack Pro?
Unlimited invoices, clients, and expenses; PDFs without watermark; inventory with full audit trail; recurring invoices; reports and CSV/PDF export; priority WhatsApp support.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Like any App Store purchase, cancel from your iPhone: Settings > your name > Subscriptions > ZenTrack > Cancel. You keep Pro access until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. From the same Apple Subscriptions screen you can swap monthly to annual (or vice versa). Apple handles proration automatically.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We use Firebase (by Google) for authentication and cloud sync. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Apple handles payments via StoreKit — we never see your card details.
How do I report a bug?
Best path: in the app, go to Settings > Support and describe what happened. Add a screenshot if you can. You can also email support@zentrack.io.
Can I use ZenTrack on multiple devices?
Yes. Sign in with the same account on iPhone and iPad and all your data syncs automatically via Firebase. Your Pro subscription also works on every Apple device — you can enable Family Sharing too.
Is ZenTrack available on Android?
For now, ZenTrack is iOS-only (iOS 17+). We're working on the Android version. Drop your email on the waitlist and we'll let you know at launch.
How do I delete my account?
From the app, go to Settings > Account > Delete account. Or write to support@zentrack.io from the email tied to your account and we'll delete it manually. Deletion is permanent — we wipe all your data within 30 days.
