1. Information we collect

Account information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and password (encrypted via Firebase Authentication).

Business data

Information you enter inside the app: business name, logo, contact details, banking info, clients, invoices, expenses, products, and inventory data.

Subscription information

If you subscribe to ZenTrack Pro, your subscription state is provided by Apple via StoreKit. We do not see or store your payment method.

Device and usage data

Device type, iOS version, app version, and crash reports. We do not collect precise location or contacts unless you grant explicit permission.

2. How we use your information

• To provide the app's features and sync your data across devices.
• To process subscriptions and verify entitlements.
• To send transactional notifications (payment reminders, etc.).
• To respond to your support requests.
• To improve the app via aggregated, anonymized analytics.

3. Data storage and security

We use Firebase (by Google) for authentication and Firestore cloud sync. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Backups happen automatically on Google's infrastructure.

Locally, your data is stored in encrypted JSON files in the iOS app sandbox.

4. Third-party services

• Firebase Authentication — account login.
• Firebase Firestore — encrypted cloud sync.
• Apple StoreKit — subscription processing. Apple's privacy policy applies.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share data only when:

• You explicitly request it (e.g., exporting an invoice).
• It's required to operate the service (Firebase, Apple).
• We are legally compelled to do so by valid law enforcement requests.

6. Data retention

Your data stays with us while your account is active. If you delete your account, we wipe all your business data within 30 days. Backups roll off within 60 days.

7. Your rights

• Access — request a copy of your data anytime.
• Correction — fix inaccurate data via the app or by writing us.
• Deletion — delete your account from inside the app or by emailing support.
• Portability — export your data as CSV/PDF inside the app.

8. Children's privacy

ZenTrack is not directed to anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us data, please contact us and we'll delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app and/or via email.
