Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of ZenTrack ("the App"), provided by Bryan Fresa. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ZenTrack. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Account registration

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3. Subscription plans and payment

Free plan

Limited features: up to 5 invoices per month, 10 clients, and 10 expenses per month.

ZenTrack Pro

  • Monthly: $24.99 USD per month.
  • Annual: $199.99 USD per year ($16.67/month equivalent).

Free trial

14-day free trial of ZenTrack Pro upon account creation. No card required.

Billing

All payments are processed by the Apple App Store. Apple's terms apply.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from Settings > your name > Subscriptions on your iPhone. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Price changes

We may change prices for new subscriptions. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any change applies.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for illegal activities.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the App.
  • Impersonate others or submit false information.
  • Use the App to harass other users.

5. Your data

You own all the business data you enter into ZenTrack. We act as a custodian, providing secure storage and sync. You can export or delete your data at any time.

6. Intellectual property

The ZenTrack name, logo, design, and source code are owned by Bryan Fresa. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't warrant that the App will be error-free or always available.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in subscription fees over the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You can terminate your account anytime from inside the App.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App and/or by email.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Panama City.
